Take control of you health. This webinar will discuss 4 aspects of your physical health - cardiovascular endurance, strength, balance, and flexibility. What do they mean for you? How do each influence your mobility and health. How do you incorporate them into your life stye? How much time does it take to see results? Should you even be exercising?

Later, mikes will be opened for discussion. This is a time to voice concerns, share ideas, and listen to others opinions. Maybe you want to just listen....you have the option to keep your video off.

A short exercise demonstration will be provided to help you de-stress. Along with a short demonstration of breathing to relieve anxiety.
