Biking Cuyuna Trails

I've been living in this area for 25 years and only recently discovered the bike trails in Cuyuna. I've been talking about trying off road biking for years. Last week, three other "newbe" off road bikers agreed to explore with me.

It was a little intimidating at first. However, we were soon having fun.

These short trails are beautiful, well groomed and easy to explore. They originate and end on a main paved trail. You're able to rest before taking another trail. All off shoots are marked easy, intermediate, and "oh no"! They are also one way. So, you don't have to worry about meeting others head on. We're looking for other woman who'd like to join us. No worries if you don't have an off road bike. Cycle, Path and Paddle will set you up, and at a discount. Tentatively, we're meeting informally at 1:30 on the 4th Wed and 2nd Friday of the month. Friday, June 13 will be the next get together.

Please contact me if you'd like to join us sometime.

Hope to see you on the trails.
