A pretty good Turkish Get up

Get this exercise right and it will do amazing things for your body. This one will work strength, fire your core, aid in flexibility and better your balance. Start with a small dumbbell. Positioning the DB or KB above the shoulder is a major priority. Once you pattern your body correctly you can move on to heavier weight. Burn baby burn!
