Have you been having low back or knee pain?

It might be time to look at your shoes. Do you remember what it felt like when wearing your new tennis for the first time....like walking on marshmallows. Tennis and other shoes eventually break down and lose their cushion. Sometimes simply changing shoes will remedy the situation. Changing out shoes or alternating shoes with different drops could help as well.
