A healthy start to a New Year
Another year is on its way out and New one is on its way…how exciting. An opportunity to make new goals, accept new challenges, and to continue making healthy choices.
December is busy for most of us. Our days are filled with planning, shopping, cooking, and volunteering in the community. Now is the time to re-commit to your workout routine. Taking time for your workouts is especially important this time of year. You'll feel more in control of your diet and have more energy to face commitments WHEN you've gotten your workout in. Do NOT allow yourself to use lack of time for an excuse. However, be sure to allow yourself some indulgence. This is a time of celebration. You will maintain and succeed in your goals if you're consistent or nice 80% of the time. That allows for 20% naughty.
Some “old business” to finish in 2017:
A reminder for current cyclical clients. If you haven’t received your birthday PT, FST, or Wellcoach session….speak up before 2018 arrives.
I do appreciate your loyalty, and this is my way of showing my appreciation. I prefer to provide the service in your bday month and want to say, “Thank you” to those that remind me.
I’m hearing feedback about itsfit4u.com. The on-line booking page is working great. You’re able to see my availability and book accordingly. I can no longer double book. Win/win. If you have any pictures, thoughts or suggestions to share on the site, please contact me through the web site.
Share healthy habits with friends and family this Christmas:

One last reminder. I will be taking my usual Christmas vacation Dec. 24 – Jan 1. I will return on Tues 2nd.
