Health and Wellness Coaching - In Person and by Phone

Coaching is another vehicle to aid people to attain their health and wellness goals, as well as performance in their ever day lives.  A certified coach applies core competencies drawn from evidence based psychology, positive speech, motivational interviewing, adult learning, and solution oriented therapy.  Behavioral Coaching is highly effective when you decide to fully commit to making significant changes in your life.

Having a coach can help move you to make positive, life lasting, change.  Particularly when one fully commits.

Coaching is a NON judgmental and positive partnership that inspires and supports your personal and professional potential.  Coaches honor their client as their own expert in their lives and believe they have the resources and creative ability to make positive change.  You chose the way. We help connect the dots between who they are and who they want to be, and in taking the behavioral steps that will enable them to succeed in their desired changes.

Sessions can be done face to face or over the phone.  The initial contact will take approximately 20 minutes to discuss program set up and expectations -at no charge.  I also have sample wellness assessments available  for your own use.  Or and wellcoach sherry  will come directly to me if you follow the directions.
