DYNAMIC STRETCHING BEFORE YOUR WORKOUTS

Dynamic stretching or repetition stretching should always be done before you hit your strength workout. It only takes 3-5 minutes to prepare your body. 

 Moving your body through full range of motion will warm up the muscle and joints before loading them. 

  This just might prevent injury as well.
